5.2. Prohibited Use, Community Standards, User Conduct, and Enforcement
You agree not to:
5.2.2.1. Harassment or Abuse – Using the Services to send or post harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content, or content that may cause physical, mental, or emotional harm to other users.
5.2.2.2 Illegal or Unlawful Activities – Transmitting, promoting, or encouraging conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable, including solicitation of passwords or personal information for commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.
5.2.2.3 Disruption of Gameplay or Services – Interfering with, disrupting, or negatively affecting the normal flow of gameplay, tournaments, multiplayer experiences, or any other use of the Services, including griefing, trolling, cheating, or using exploits to gain unfair advantage.
5.2.2.4 Cheating, Hacking, or Reverse Engineering – Using cheats, bots, automation tools, exploits, scripts, unauthorized third-party software, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to tamper with the Services, hardware, or software associated with iB Cricket.
5.2.2.5 Malware and Harmful Content – Uploading, posting, transmitting, or distributing viruses, spyware, trojan horses, worms, malicious code, corrupted files, time bombs, Easter eggs, or any other harmful or destructive content.
5.2.2.6 Spamming and Unauthorized Commercial Use – Sending spam, chain letters, unsolicited communications, pyramid schemes, advertising, promotional materials, or otherwise using the Services for unauthorized commercial solicitation
5.2.2.7 Impersonation or Misrepresentation – Pretending to be another person, user, or entity, concealing or misrepresenting Your identity, or otherwise engaging in deceptive practices intended to mislead others.
5.2.2.8 Infringement of Rights – Posting or transmitting User Content or otherwise using the Services in a way that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of ProYuga, iB Cricket, other users, or third parties.
5.2.2.9 Automation or Data Scraping – Using robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or any automated tools, or manual processes, to monitor, copy, collect, extract, or otherwise access data or content from the Services (including gameplay footage, player statistics, or ProYuga Content) without authorization.
5.2.2.10 Security Interference – Attempting to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security measures, anti-cheat systems, usage restrictions, or any other protective features of the Services.
5.2.2.11 Harm to Brand or Community – Using the Services in any way that could damage the reputation, goodwill, or rights of ProYuga, iB Cricket, its community, or partners, including offensive or inappropriate behavior in live matches, tournaments, leaderboards, or public forums.
5.2.2.12 Violation of Local and International Laws – Engaging in or promoting activities that violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, regulation, or treaty while using or accessing the Services.
